Problem: Not all the hospitals under The Henry Ford Medical Center are welcoming.
Solution: A human centric system was implemented for patients so patients they can learn about procedures before and after coming to the hospital and for medical staff to welcome patients to the Henry Ford Medical Center. My role entailed writing copy decks and personas that showed how the app and the website would work for doctors and patients. I also wrote user based questions that helped individuals ask their doctors the right questions.
One thing I discovered is that patients don't receive the right treatment from their doctor because they don't ask enough of their doctor and do not learn everything they can about their doctor. They just expect to get the best treatment.
